Pippy Eats Broth Workshop

Spring 2021

Details

When making your booking, please add all tickets for your group under the same booking (ie, if you’re planning to attend with a friend, please book both tickets under 1 booking). This is important so that the space can be set up in accordance with social distancing.

In the beautiful setting of Noodlehaus, we will learn the fundamentals of making a noodle soup dish. We will discuss techniques used to layer flavour and the science behind a good broth. We’ll also make alkali noodles by hand to complete our dish. At the end of the workshop, we’ll sit down and enjoy our steaming bowl of noodles.

I will provide everything you will need for these workshops, including aprons and refreshments. You will learn everything you need to recreate these recipes in your own home – with confidence!

Please feel free to BYOB to these events.
