I will be taking over Wellington Mills for a short period and turning it into a mini Noodlehaus, whilst we wait for some delays with Noodlehaus to be resolved.
In this workshop, we will be making some of my favourite kinds of dumplings — jiaozi & bao. We will make everything from scratch – from preparing two types of dough, learning to balance the filling to your taste and practicing different kinds of pleating. I will be on hand to walk you through every step.
I will provide everything you will need for these workshops, including aprons and refreshments. You will learn everything you need to recreate these recipes in your own home – with confidence!
