When making your booking, please add all tickets for your group under the same booking (ie, if you’re planning to attend with a friend, please book both tickets under 1 booking). This is important so that the space can be set up in accordance with social distancing.
In the beautiful setting of Noodlehaus, we will learn to make two different types of noodles from scratch — ramen noodles & hand-stretched biang biang noodles — and the science behind the important aspects of noodle making. After working up an appetite, we will enjoy the fruits of our labour – cooking and eating a bowl delicious biang biang noodles. You will take your ramen noodles with you, to enjoy at home.
I will provide everything you will need for these workshops, including aprons and refreshments. You will learn everything you need to recreate these recipes in your own home – with confidence!

Vegan and vegetarian options will be available. Please advise me of this upon booking. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the workshop recipes, I am unable to accommodate wheat or gluten allergies and sensitivities.
Please let me know upon booking if you aren’t happy to have your photograph taken – photographers are sometimes present at my events.
