Chilli Oil Flavour Shanxi Dry Noodles
There are instant noodles, then there are instant noodles. These delicious spicy noodles are perfect on their own, or topped with a fried egg and green veg.
1) In a bowl, soak oil sachet in warm water.
2) Cook noodles separately in a pot for about 4 – 5 minutes and drain well.
3) Mix well peanut sachet, powder, vinegar and oil sachet with drained noodles.

Vinegar Sachet: Vinegar(Water, Wheat(Gluten), Rice, Glutinous Rice, Salt, Spices)
