Spring 2021


When mak­ing your book­ing, please add all tick­ets for your group under the same book­ing (ie, if you’re plan­ning to attend with a friend, please book both tick­ets under 1 book­ing). This is impor­tant so that the space can be set up in accor­dance with social distancing.

In the beau­ti­ful set­ting of Noodle­haus, will be mak­ing some of my favourite kinds of dumplings — jiaozi & bao. We will make every­thing from scratch – from prepar­ing two types of dough, learn­ing to bal­ance the fill­ing to your taste and prac­tic­ing dif­fer­ent kinds of pleat­ing. I will be on hand to walk you through every step.

I will pro­vide every­thing you will need for these work­shops, includ­ing aprons and refresh­ments. You will learn every­thing you need to recre­ate these recipes in your own home – with confidence!

Veg­an and veg­e­tar­i­an options will be avail­able. Please advise me of this upon book­ing. Unfor­tu­nate­ly, due to the nature of the work­shop recipes, I am unable to accom­mo­date wheat or gluten aller­gies and sensitivities. 

Please let me know upon book­ing if you aren’t hap­py to have your pho­to­graph tak­en – pho­tog­ra­phers are some­times present at my events.

Dumpling work­shop vouch­ers are redeemable against work­shops that state “(Vouch­er hold­ers only)”

Noodle­haus will be con­fig­ured to apply to social dis­tanc­ing guide­lines and all COVID-19 safe­ty guidelines.

Noodle­haus gen­er­al access is via stairs — if you require acces­si­bil­i­ty, please con­tact me direct­ly so I can assist/​advise you.

Tick­ets are non-refund­able and sales final (except in exten­u­at­ing cir­cum­stances, such as anoth­er lock­down). If you are unable to attend, you may choose anoth­er per­son to attend in your place.
