What countries do you ship to?

Cur­rent­ly, we ship to the UK, Europe, UAE, Aus­tralia, Cana­da, India and USA. Ship­ping rates are cal­cu­lat­ed at checkout. 

Please note, a max­i­mum lim­it of 1kg is set for most inter­na­tion­al ship­ping des­ti­na­tions (this is approx. 3 jars or 1 cook­book), to pre­vent exces­sive ship­ping rates. 

For the USA, parcels up to 5kg will be cal­cu­lat­ed at checkout.

Please con­tact us direct­ly for a ship­ping quote if your order is heav­ier than this and we will endeav­our to find the most cost effec­tive solution.

What are your shipping methods?

We use Roy­al Mail and DPD. Ship­ping meth­ods are offered based on the total weight of your bas­ket which is cal­cu­lat­ed at checkout. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

*Due to new lock­down restric­tions, orders will be shipped once per week to avoid trips to the post office*

We pack each and every order by hand — Please allow 7 – 10 busi­ness days for your order to be dispatched. 

You will receive an email noti­fi­ca­tion once your items have been shipped. Ship­ping times are from date of dispatch. 

DPD — 24 hours after dispatch.

Roy­al Mail — 2 – 3 days from day of dispatch.

The order I received has leaked/was damaged in transit!

Note: Please be aware that glass jars may some­times leak a bit dur­ing ship­ping. We do every­thing we pos­si­bly can to ensure this does­n’t hap­pen, but some­times it is unavoid­able. They are ful­ly sealed when pack­aged, and we can­not pre­dict which ones will leak. Please do not pur­chase if this is not accept­able to you.

If it is a small leak, please know that the qual­i­ty and safe­ty of the prod­uct has not been affected. 

Please con­tact us if a large amount of prod­uct has been lost, or if any prod­ucts have smashed or been dam­aged in tran­sit and we will of course replace. 


Did everything sell out already?!

In pre­vi­ous sales, stock has sold out quick­ly. It’s advis­able to be on the web­site and have pay­ment method ready at the time of the mar­ket­place update, to avoid disappointment. 

All ven­dors are small busi­ness­es work­ing in small batch­es and we make as much stock as pos­si­ble. Please check indi­vid­ual prod­uct list­ings to check when items will be restocked. 

Sign­ing up to the newslet­ter is the best way to stay up to date with mar­ket­place updates.

I have workshop vouchers, when can I use them?

All work­shop vouch­ers will be extend­ed into 2021 and redeemable on all cor­re­spond­ing work­shops host­ed at Noodlehaus. 

Please check the Noodle­haus cal­en­dar for events that state (vouch­er hold­ers) — click on your cho­sen date and you will be tak­en to a page where you can redeem your vouchers.


Please note, Sum­mer and Autumn 2021 vouch­er hold­er dates will be released in due course, so if you can’t make a Spring date, don’t worry!
