Sichuan Chilli Oil is heady and fragrant from a secret blend of spices, packed with numbing Sichuan peppercorn and umami crushed Sichuan chilli pepper.
Chilli Crisp is crunchy, crispy and nutty. My homemade version of the inimitable Lao Gan Ma Crispy Chilli Oil.
Chiu Chow Chilli Oil is packed with fresh garlic and red chilli. Originating from Chiu Chow (aka Chaozhou) in Southern China. The gubbins are an umami laden flavour-bomb.

While this recipe does not contain sesame, tree nuts or peanuts, it is prepared in a kitchen where these products are handled.
