Chiu Chow Chilli oil is packed with fresh garlic and red chilli. Originating from Chiu Chow (aka Chaozhou) in Southern China. The gubbins are an umami laden flavour-bomb.
Great tossed through noodles on its own, served with eggs, on BBQ’d meat, as a dip for dumplings, spread on a cheese sandwhich, or served with steamed fish. Dollop ontop of hummus.
