Chiu Chow Chilli Oil

Chiu Chow Chilli oil is packed with fresh gar­lic and red chilli. Orig­i­nat­ing from Chiu Chow (aka Chaozhou) in South­ern Chi­na. The gub­bins are an uma­mi laden flavour-bomb.

Great tossed through noo­dles on its own, served with eggs, on BBQ’d meat, as a dip for dumplings, spread on a cheese sand­which, or served with steamed fish. Dol­lop ontop of hummus. 

Made by hand in Manchester.
